CNC 3D Printer Mech Endstop Switch

Mech Endstop for CNC 3D Printer Switch detects when it is actuated using a lever switch. The switch is configured to draw the signal to LOW when it is engaged. Additionally, there is an LED on the board that will turn on when the switch is flipped. It accepts a conventional, retro CD-ROM audio connector cable and uses a standard 4 pin, 100 pitch header.

The mechanical endstop is a straightforward fix for a straightforward issue. The ability to determine whether an X, Y, or Z stage has achieved its lowest or maximum is what we want. We use a mechanical switch rather than fiddling with flags or complex light beam interruption.

Should we position the switch in the stage’s route, the stage will automatically close the switch when it comes into contact with it. There is nothing that needs to be changed on the stage other than where the switch is positioned. You will be able to get a good night’s sleep if your concern is reliability. Our switches have a one million operation rating before they fail. You will be able to perform a million prints before needing to replace the switches because we just utilise them once every print.

Connection description:

• Redline: connecting VCC (ramps of +)
• Black line: connecting GND (ramps of -)
• Green Line: connecting SIGNAL (ramps in s)
