Delivery Charges

The delivery charges vary based on the destination and parcel weight. Here are the standard charges:

  • Pick up from the IBOTS Store


  • Delivery Charges: Tamil Nadu

₹75 for parcels below 1 Kg and ₹100 for parcels weighing between 1 Kg to 2 Kg.

2-3 Days


  • Delivery Charges: Other South India

₹125 for parcels below 1 Kg and ₹175 for parcels weighing between 1 Kg to 2 Kg.

2-3 Days


  • Delivery Charges: North India

₹250 for parcels below 1 Kg and ₹325 for parcels weighing between 1 Kg to 2 Kg.

  • We ship the products all over India.
  • We ship through reputed courier companies including Bluedart, FedEx, Delhivery, Ecom Express, Professional courier, ST Courier, and others to ensure safe and fast delivery.
  • We make our best efforts to ship your order within the same day of the order. Our orders are shipped within 24 Hours.
  • Delivery can take 2-3 days for Tamil Nadu & other metro cities and 4-6 working days for rural & other rest of India.
  • You may track the shipping status of your order on our website, by clicking on Track your Order section.
  • Orders placed before 4.00 PM will be shipped on the same day except on Sundays and Public Holidays.
  • We ship on all weekdays (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays. Orders placed on SUNDAY will be shipped only on MONDAY
  • If the Product is in stock, we dispatch the product within 24 hours of your order 
  • In case we are unable to deliver the product through courier then we deliver it through India Post for rural areas.
  • Shipping charges are extra that depend on the weight and quantity of a product and comes automatically when you purchase a product.
  • If the product is defective, damaged, or broken, contact us within 2 days of delivery otherwise no return or refund claims will be entertained.
  • If a Product is not working, contact us with the testing proof of the product received from us, without testing proof no return or refund claims will be entertained.
  • If the reverse pickup has been arranged for defective/damaged products, after receiving the products back refund/replacement can be initiated.
  • For reverse Pickup, the Shipping Label of the courier will be sent to the customer’s email id and Label should be pasted on the box with the original packing.
  • Returns and warranty, if any, have been mentioned with particular products on the product information page.
  • Once the order is confirmed, no cancellation will be entertained.
  • If an order is prepaid and the customer did not accept, receive or collect the courier or return the courier then shipping charges and return charges will be deducted from the prepaid amount and the rest will be refunded back after evaluating the issue.
  • If an order is cancelled by our end for any reason, we will refund the full amount back to your account or card whichever is applicable within 2 working days.
  • If the order is failed or cancelled and money gets deducted from your account, then your paid amount will be automatically refunded back to your card or account whichever is applicable.

A Customer has to inform about the cancellation of the product by writing a mail to or contact our customer support team via website chat option BEFORE the order has been shipped. There won’t be any cancellation if the product has been already shipped.

After the confirmation of the order, If any unexpected shortage of inventory or any other inventory issues or shipping issue arises, we may not be able to ship the product. Your order will be auto-cancelled and the full amount will be refunded to your original source of payment. The Buyer can also request to buy any other product available on the website.

Our Return Policy lasts for 7 days from the date of receipt of the consignment due to the sensitive nature of the products. If 7 days have gone by since the product was delivered, a refund or exchange would not be acknowledged, and the Management decision would be final.

Only defective/damaged products will be accepted for returns/refunds.
