Description

This is the STM8 and STM32 in-circuit debugger/programmer, ST-LINK/V2.

A programmer and in-circuit debugger for the STM8 and STM32 microcontroller family is called ST-LINK/V2. An application board’s STM8 or STM32 microcontroller can be contacted via the JTAG/serial wire debugging (SWD) interface and the single wire interface module (SWIM).

The USB full speed interface is used by STM8 programs to interface with ST Visual Develop (STVD) or ST Visual Program (STVP) software. Applications for STM32 processors interface with Atollic, IAR, Keil, or TASKING integrated development environments via the USB full speed interface.

Moreover, the ST-LINK/V2-ISOL has digital isolation between the PC and the target application board to offer the same features as the ST-LINK/V2. Additionally, it can tolerate voltages of up to 1000 Vrms.
