Description

Arduino ARM IRF520 MOSFET Driver Module The Raspberry Pi is a MOSFET transistor breakout board designed for the IFR520. The module is made to switch large DC loads from your microcontroller’s single digital pin.

This is a straightforward IRF520 Mosfet breakout board. Connecting your Arduino or another 3-5 volt microcontroller is simple. Use a PWM pin to pulse current in order to drive a pump, LED, or other DC device at up to 24 volts and approximately 5 amps.

The IRF520 MOSFET Driver Module’s primary function is to offer an inexpensive method of driving a DC motor for robotics applications, while it may also be used to regulate the majority of high current DC loads. To connect your load to an external power source, screw terminals are included. When your load is being swapped, an LED indicator shows you when it is happening visually.

Here’s the simplest explanation of how this small board functions:

The gadget you wish to control’s power and GND are connected. You attach your gadget to the screw terminals labelled V+ and V-. A little LED illuminates when the SIG line is HIGH, and the GND is “connected” to the V-. The LED goes out and the GND is “disconnected” from the V-when the SIG line is LOW. Vin and V+ have a constant connection.

You can power this device from your Arduino, VCC goes to the 5V connection and GND to the GND pin on your Arduino.

Features :

  1. Using original IRF520 Power MOS, you can adjust the output PWM
  2. Arduino drive up to 24V allows the load, such as LED lights, DC motors, miniature pumps, solenoid valves
  3. PWM dimming LED can be used to achieve step less dimming, variable speed motor.
