AI/ML Engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled AI/ML Engineer to join our team. As an AI/ML Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and deploying machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deploy machine learning models and algorithms to address business challenges.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project objectives.
• Implement scalable and efficient AI/ML solutions.
• Integrate AI/ML components with existing systems and platforms.
• Conduct testing and performance optimization of machine learning models.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and methodologies.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain code quality.

Must-Have Skills:

• Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or other machine learning frameworks.
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and concepts.
• Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in AI/ML development.
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with distributed computing frameworks such as Apache Spark.
• Knowledge of deep learning techniques and architectures.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision.
