Description

With an STM32F405 MCU, the Flip32 OMNIBUS F4 Flight Controller is a new generation of F4 hardware flight controller for FPV racing.

To achieve optimal flight performance, the Flip32 Omnibus flight controller use the MPU6000 instead of SPI. A and an AB7456 OSD chip (an improved MAX7456) for the beta flight integrated OSD are included with the MPU6000. With this build, the high-performance 5v, 1.5a STMicrocontroller L78 voltage regulator eliminates the need for a PDB and allows you to directly connect the flight battery to the flight controller. The Flip32 Omnibus flight controller is the first F4 flight controller that can be configured using the beta flight configurator since it has a direct connection to the MAX7456 OSD chip. AIO flight control of the latest generation for FPV. Based on the F403 MCU, OSD is controlled by the F4 MCU via the SPI bus in DMA mode.

With exceptional flight performance and user-friendliness in mind, the Flip 32 OmnibusF4 flight controller is a combined flight controller and OSD. The excellent accuracy, update speed, and dependability of the MPU6000 inertial motion sensor led to its selection. This board can perform ESC protocols and fast loop times without any issues. In addition to an On Screen Display (OSD) chip that is directly attached to the main CPU (MCU), there is an inbuilt altitude sensor. Fast display updates and simple OSD setting—which can be done directly from the beta flight configuration tool—are made possible by the close interaction between the MCU and the OSD. The flight control software takes care of all the OSD configuration, so you don’t have to bother about the additional trouble of using a USB/UART converter and third-party configuration programme.

The incredible BetaFlight firmware from BorisB was specifically created to be compatible with the Flip 32 OmnibusF4. Expert in control systems, Boris has developed his own PID controller, the beta flight PIDc, based on a “ISA-PID compensator” that provides nearly predictive control for an extremely locked-in stick feel.

Last but not least, the Flip 32 OmnibusF4 boasts an integrated voltage regulator that can easily handle a 5s battery for optimal usability. Simply insert your battery into the flight controller and you’re good to go—no need to fiddle with a PDB! You don’t need to worry about any issues with your OSD because extra care has been taken to guarantee that the delicate OSD chip is securely secured in addition to the sturdy power management system on the OmnibusF4. even while using 5s!
