Only indoor use is permitted for the Maxbotix MB1010 LV-MaxSonar-EZ1 Ultrasonic Rangefinder Module.
One-inch resolution, excellent sensitivity and side object rejection, range information from 6 inches to 254 inches, a 20Hz read rate, and many output options (pulse-width, analogue voltage, and RS232 serial) are among the features of the MB1010, LV-MaxSonar-EZ1.

Because of this, the MB1010 is an excellent, affordable starting point for customers who are unsure about which LV‑MaxSonar‑EZ sensor to choose.

A very small ultrasonic sensor component module, less than one cubic inch, is the MB1010 from the LV-MaxSonar-EZ range of sensors. The circuit board of this sensor has mounting holes that make installation simple in almost all applications.

Additionally, when instructed to begin ranging, the MB1010 picks up the ringdown pattern. This aids in the sensor’s environmental learning and enables it to overlook obstructions when it first powers up.
