Description

The ATmega328 microcontroller board serves as the foundation for the Arduino Uno Rev3 SMD microcontroller board. Six analogue inputs, a 16 MHz ceramic resonator (CSTCE16M0V53-R0), 14 digital input/output pins (six of which can be used as PWM outputs), a USB port, a power jack, an ICSP header, and a reset button are included of its features. It includes everything required to support the microcontroller; all you need to do is power it with an AC-to-DC adapter or battery to get going, or connect it to a computer using a USB cable.

Unlike all previous boards, the Uno does not make use of the FTDI USB-to-serial driver chip.

Similar to the almost identical Arduino Uno Rev3, the Arduino Uno Rev3 SMD features an 8-bit processor clocked at 16 MHz and a complete pinout offering.

Six PWM inputs are among the 14 digital inputs and outputs.
six inputs in analog
One connector for ICSP
One updated and fixed reset circuit
You can also benefit from an easier-to-use, open-source programming environment with Arduino, which is suitable for both novice and seasoned robotics enthusiasts.

The following features are new to the R3 version:

Using an ATmega16U2 as a USB-to-Serial converter rather than an 8U2.
The 1.0 design includes two additional new pins next to the RESET pin: an IOREF that allows the shields to adjust to the voltage supplied by the board, and a second unconnected pin that is set aside for future use. The additional SDA and SCL pins for TWI communication are positioned close to the AREF pin.
