Description

The Arduino Mega2560 with Cable, Prusa i3 RAMPS 1.4 3D Printer Controller, 5 pieces of DRV8825 Driver, Heat Sink, LCD 128 x 64 Display, Thermistor 100K NTC, PCB HeatBed, J-HEAD V6 Hot End Extruder and 4 Nema17 4.2 kgcm stepper motor kit for Arduino The Robu.in 3D Printer Kit, known as Reprap, was created specifically for individuals who are interested in 3D printing.

RAMPS 1.4 Board:

The Mega Pololu Shield, or RAMPS 1.4, was designed to house all of a RepRap’s electronics requirements in a single, affordable, tiny container. RAMPS provides plenty of opportunity for growth and interfaces a Mega with the robust Arduino MEGA platform. The modular design allows for easy maintenance, part replacement, upgradeability, and extension. Plug-in stepper drivers and extruder control circuits are located on the Arduino MEGA shield. It is also possible to add many Arduino extension boards to the system. provided that the primary RAMPS board remains at the top of the stack.

Arduino Mega2560 :

Mega2560 is an ATmega2560 as core micro-controller development board itself has 54 groups digital I/O terminal (14 Pin PWM outputs). 16 sets of simulation on the input side, group 4 UARTs (hardware serial ports), using the 16 MHz crystal oscillator. With the boot-loader, download the program directly via USB without having to go through other external writer. Supply part of the optional USB power, or as an external power using the AC-to-DC adapter and battery.

Driver DRV8825 :

The DRV8825 are perfectly compatible with the A4988, but you should be careful which have to be assembled on the contrary.

It is recommend that, both 4988 that the 8825, with voltage 12 or 24 Volts and no more. With 24 Volts maximum speed is slightly higher. The 36 Volt is best not to use them because the 4988 don’t hold them right and the 8825 would work too close to the limit. You should not use them at current greater than 1 Ampere. Maximum 2 Ampere, but with every dissipators on drivers and a single fan that cools them all from above.

LCD 128×64 graphic Smart Display :

The LCD 128×64 visual Smart Controller is equipped with a 20×04 dot matrix LCD display, a rotary encoder, and an SD-Card reader. With the included “smart adapter,” connecting it to your Ramps board is simple.

You can stop using your computer once you attach this panel to your ramps because the Smart Controller will now power your SD card. Furthermore, the Smart Controller’s rotary encoder may be used to do all tasks, including axis movements and calibration. With only a g-code design storage on the SD card, you can print your 3D creations without a PC.

Mechanical End stop switch :

We want to be able to detect when an X/Y/Z stage has reached its minimum or maximum. Instead of messing with flags or complicated light beam interruptors, we use a mechanical switch. If we place the switch in the path of the stage, then the stage itself will simply close the switch when it moves against it. Other than properly positioning the switch, we do not need to modify the stage at all. If you’re worried about reliability, you can sleep well at night. The switches we use are rated for 1 million operations before failure. Since we only use the switches once per print, that means you’ll be able to do one million prints before having to replace the switch.

MK2B PCB Heatbed  :

The LED and resistor are soldere, good compatibility, support 12V, 24V power. If you use 24V, this time the current is very large, MOS tube heat seriously, it is easy burne because of the high temperature.
In addition, also consider the adequacy of power supply, power up to 576W of power is very expensive, if power shortage may affect the normal operation of other equipment such as motor.
Also note that because of the wire is not enough thick and cause burning hot and soft.

Nema 17 4.2 kgcm Stepper Motor:

This motor can also be used in a number of robotics applications. The rep rap community’s favourite motor to use is this one. If precise movement is needed, a stepper motor can be a wise option. Applications where you need to manage rotation angle, speed, location, and synchronism can benefit from their utilisation. Stepper motors have found employment in numerous applications due to their inherent advantages, which are noted above. Plotters, printers, hard drives, medical equipment, fax machines, luxury office equipment, and many more are among them.

J-HEAD V6 Hot End Extruder:

The E3D v6 hotend continues to provide the superior printing performance that consumers have become accustomed to from E3D hotends by maintaining its aggressive heat transition. Better control over filament output is provided by an acerb thermal break, allowing for more rapid extrusion starts and stops as well as retracts that are more successful in preventing oozing.
