Description

V6 Heat Break Hotend Throat for 1.75mm Filament with Teflon Tube. This is This heat break can be used in place of the E3D v6 1.75mm hot ends directly.

This tube has a TwinClad XT coating and is constructed of stainless steel. Because of its excellent release qualities, TwinClad XT is an extremely low friction Electroless Nickel composite coating that is frequently used in injection moulding. This high lubricity plate will shield the filament from liquidising in the hotend’s vital zone, preventing clogging. In addition, it resists corrosion and is quite durable. Excellent for filaments with high abrasion, such as metal-filled, aluminates, carbon fibre, etc.

With this part, you can get good, long-lasting PLA performance and get rid of the PTFE liner.
