The SP Racing F3 Flight Controller Deluxe was created with a next-generation CPU to deliver unmatched I/O capabilities in a compact and incredibly light form factor, all while delivering fantastic flight performance based on tried-and-true sensors.

This flight controller has several fascinating features, such as a faster ARM-Cortex M4 core and a next-generation STM32 F3 CPU with a hardware floating point unit for effective flying calculations. Additionally, it has a high capacity black box flight log recorder that eliminates the need for guesswork and helps you optimise your tuning. The extra integrated sensors for direction and altitude, together with the barometer placed at the board’s bottom for convenient wind isolation, are some more fantastic features. An output specifically designed for programmable LEDs, ideal for racing, orientation, and night flying. All features are supported simultaneously by the no-compromise I/O.

F3 is powered by the free and open-source Cleanflight flight control (FC) programme, which has a thriving user and development community. Because it’s open-source, you can add features to the system. A comprehensive handbook is included with Cleanflight and is updated and evaluated by the community and Cleanflight developers. No more rumours or secondhand knowledge.With all the capabilities you need for the core of your aircraft, the F3 Deluxe is ideal whether you’re interested aerial photography, FPV racing, or acrobatic flight.

Follow the advice below for best performance and long-life of your flight controller:

Reinforce JST-SH connectors with adhesive or resin; this will help in the event of an aircraft disaster.
It is advised to use a box or enclosure for the flight controller.
Place some open-cell foam between the FC and the frame and place it beneath the pressure sensor.
Motor and battery wiring should be routed as far away as feasible from the magnetometer/compass sensor.
Installing the BOOT jumper pins is only necessary if necessary.
It is advised to use color-coded pin headers, which are not included, particularly for VBAT headers.
Make every effort to shield the accelerometer/gyro sensor from vibrations.For example, make sure all the motors and propellers are balanced.
