FlySky FS-IA10B Radio Receiver

FlySky has introduced the FlySky FS-IA10B Radio Receiver, a 10 channel variant of the receiver that expands upon the previous FlySky iA6B receiver. The iA10B can be configured for iBUS, SBUS, PPM, and PWM for improved control, just like the FS-iA6B.

PPM/SBUS offers a significant wiring simplification for flight controllers that are compatible with PPM, like the Naze32, since it eliminates the need for separate signal wires for each PWM channel. Additionally, you can increase the receiver’s compatibility to monitor motor RPM and flight battery voltage by adding optional telemetry sensors.

This complete 10-channel receiver is compatible with the majority of types and is regarded as “full range,” meaning it can manage both larger and smaller models. The FS-iA10B’s dual antennas allow for unmatched interference rejection and reception (claimed at well over 1km). Make sure the antennas are angled 90 degrees apart for optimal performance.

Although the FS-iA10B is a little bit bigger than the FS-iA6B (see product picture), it is still small and has end-on connectors that make it easy to install neatly in confined locations.

How to bind the RX (receiver) to the TX (transmitter):

After turning on the plane or heli and plugging in the bind plug, the LED light should flash (make sure power is supplied to RX via ESC)
While turning on the TX, depress the bind button on the transmitter module.

Release the bind button, shut off the heli or plane, take out the bind plug, and turn off the TX.
Activate the TX, then the plane or heli.
