Description

Hardened mild steel makes up this EasyMech MS NEMA23 Shaft Coupling 6.35mm X 8mm. Compared to aluminium, mild steel is a far denser and heavier material.

Although it costs a little less than the EasyMech Aluminium Coupling, the Mild Steel NEMA Shaft Coupling is still stronger than the Aluminium coupling. They are thus more inflexible couplings.

In addition to providing corrosion resistance, the black paint finish on this MS coupler also enhances its aesthetic appeal. Significant savings on maintenance expenses and inconvenient downtime can be achieved by carefully installing and maintaining connections.

With the aid of Grub Screws, which can be tightly tightened with the Allen Key that is part of this product pack, they can securely hold the motor shaft and other peripherals.

Aluminium couplings are used to couple Stepper motors and 8mm, threaded, or precise trapezoidal rods in 3D printers, CNC machines, and other do-it-yourself applications.

Please be aware that this product has bore dimensions of d1 = 6.35 mm and d2 = 8 mm.
