12V RGB 5050 SMD LED Strip- 5Meter

A single 5-meter-long, 12-volt RGB 5050 SMD LED strip has 300 bright RGB LEDs! The strip uses 22.5 Watts of power overall and is made up of 5050 Sized SMD RGB LEDs. Because of its flexibility, this RGB 5050 SMD LED strip may be twisted to fit around corners and curves. operates at 12VDC. (Controller and power supply not included.) To power this entire 5-meter strip, an adapter with a minimum output of 2 amps is required. When these strips are powered by an underpowered power supply, certain colour of the diodes won’t receive enough power, which will cause power loss and mismatched colours later on.

These strips differ slightly from conventional ones in that they have three times as many light-emitting diodes as a standard strip, despite having the same number of LED modules (300) in a different roll of warm or cold white. This is so because there are three colours in each of the 300 modules on the strip. Three LEDs: red, blue, and green. This indicates that the RGB strips require nearly three times the power of the standard white strips when they are fully brightened and set to white. RGB LEDs on a 5-meter roll require about 2.8 amps at 12 volts DC. As a result, connecting three of these strips end to end would take about 8.4 amps.

Note:

Keep in mind that these LED strips are not individually addressable. Every colour has a unique 12VDC circuit of its own. for three 12VDC circuits in total (R G B). If you do not require sophisticated flashing patterns or colour mixing, you can run these strips on standard 12V DC electricity.
