Description

This is a mobile power expansion board module (5V/3A, 3V/1A) for Arduino ESP32, ESP8266, using two 18650 lithium batteries (Shield V8). The module is a compact mobile power supply that supports two voltage outputs of 3V/1A and 5V/3A. It also features an integrated lithium battery protection integrated circuit (IC) with overcurrent, overvoltage, and undervoltage protection.

Positive and negative battery installation must be determined; positive and negative are clearly marked on the board. Or the module will burn out due to installation issues. Normal battery voltage operation occurs between 3.2 and 4.2 volts. The 5V voltage output rated current is 3A, with a maximum support current of 3.6A. Overloading is not advised as it might harm the module and shorten its service life. The 18650 battery’s quality affects the output current.

Features:

  • Allows voltage outputs of 3 V and 1 A.
  • Allows voltage outputs of 5 V and 3 A.
  • 600–800 mA is the micro USB charging current.
  • Holds two 18650 batteries at a time. Using two 18650 batteries—which can be longer—is advised.
