Description

The output voltage ranges of the 200W 20A DC-DC Buck Converter Step Down Module Constant Current LED Driver Module are tunable from 12V to 36V. The module can output current up to 4A across a broad range. It can easily operate high-power applications constantly when the heat sink is mounted, provided that a cooling fan is used on the heat sink to maintain continuous high-power output.

The 200W 20A DC-DC Buck Converter module is especially well-suited for LED driver applications because it is constructed from a specialised benchmark IC and a high-precision current sensing resistor, which demonstrate a more stable constant current (when 20°C to 100°C constant current 15A, temperature drift less than 1%). The module’s output current can be up to 20 A (continuous operation should only require up to 3 A with an additional cooling fan).

Note: If the module temperature exceeds 65ºC, please add a cooling fan, (It be used at room temperature without a fan)

How to do the Module adjustment:
  1. When the module output voltage cannot be adjusted (the output voltage is always equal to the input voltage) Please adjust the potentiometer counter clockwise 20 laps (20 turns) or more till it works.?
  2. Turn trimmers CLOCKWISE to INCREASE, ANTICLOCKWISE to DECREASE.
  3. When adjusting the blue potentiometer, please use a multimeter to monitor the voltage
  4. The trimmer nearest the voltage output adjusts the output CURRENT (CC)
  5. The trimmer nearest the voltage input adjusts the output VOLTAGE (CV)
