These 3D printers’ 0.25mm stainless steel nozzles are only intended for use with extremely specific materials that have the potential to corrode brass nozzles or for situations in which the trace amount of lead in brass nozzles is unacceptable.

With marks on the hex head’s flats, each nozzle in the series can now be identified individually, making them much easier to use. Over time, nozzles are utilised. The steel nozzles are created by the constant heating and cooling that follows, but most importantly, by the filament itself.

The material of our nozzles is stainless steel. These stainless steel nozzles are stronger and more resilient than standard brass nozzles, particularly when it comes to metal, carbon, wood, or fluorescent filaments.
