The temperature and humidity sensor, DHT20 SIP Packaged, has a range of -40 to +80 °C.
The DHT20 is an improved version of the DHT11 that employs a standard I2C data output signal format and comes with a dedicated ASIC sensor chip, a high-performance semiconductor silicon-based capacitive humidity sensor, and a standard on-chip temperature sensor. Its performance has significantly increased, and it is now more reliable than the sensor from the previous generation (DHT11). The accuracy, response time, and measuring range of the new generation of upgraded products have all been significantly increased, and they now function more steadily in high temperature and high humidity situations.
