Description

An optically connected pair made up of a silicon NPN phototransistor and a gallium arsenide infrared emitting diode is the CNY17-2 Phototransistor IC, which has an electrical rating of 150mW and 10mA. The device may convey signal data with a high degree of electrical isolation between input and output, including a DC level.
In numerous analogue applications like CRT modulation as well as digital interface applications, it serves as a substitute for relays and transformers.

Features:

  • Long-term stability with 5000 VRMS Isolation test voltage and Industry-standard dual-in-line package.
  • The Phototransistor IC is a series consisting of a Gallium Arsenide IRED coupled with an NPN phototransistor.
  • Also available in the white package.
