Description

The 10mm tricolour Diffused RGB Common Anode LED (5 pieces) produces stunning colours thanks to its individual red, green, and blue LED chips! They’re entertaining to color-swirl and make a good indication. Diffused RGB LEDs are our favourite since they appear as three separate LEDs, but instead they colour mix inside.

Since multi-LED driver chips (like the TLC5940/TLC5941) are frequently designed exclusively for CA and cannot be used with Common-Cathode, we carry and use more CA than CC. These are Common-Anode type, which means you connect one pin to about 5V and then tie the other three legs to ground through a resistor.
