This is the best option if you are going to combine the motor with Omni, Mecanum, or other heavy-duty wheels. The major goal of the EasyMech Anti-Slip Motor Coupling design was to maximise safety during operation by preventing any unwanted slipping between the wheel and the motor shaft.

An 8mm shaft diameter motor is connected to a wheel with a 47.5mm PCD (pitch circle diameter) by means of this EasyMech Anti-Slip Motor Coupling Internal Dia-8mm.

Their superior aluminium body provides them with good operating strength. Because the coupling is made of a single component, these rigid couplings will have very little backlash. For the high power robotic application, they are tested.

We will tighten the screws that clamp the shafts, but not too much. The primary characteristic of this kind of clamping coupling is that it does not harm the motor shafts.
