Description

The EasyMech 100mm Double Glass Fibre Omni Wheel allows your robot to move in more controlled directions than traditional wheels, which only allow for forward and backward motion. Easy 360° mobility is possible with the EasyMech Omni Wheels, which also offer sideways and rotating manoeuvrability.

For this reason, the most advanced technology now in use to transform a non-homonomic robot into a homonomic one is this one. EasyMech’s omnidirectional wheels are utilised in a variety of applications, including luggage, shipping carts, trolleys, transfer conveyors, and robotics.

The tiny rollers around the wheel circumference are what allow the wheels to spin in all directions. The positioning of these rollers ensures that their rotational axis is perpendicular to the main wheel’s rotational axis. Because there are two rotational axes within a single wheel, the Omni wheels can therefore rotate freely in both directions, just like regular wheels can. This means that they can also rotate 360 degrees.

Every wheel plate on the EasyMech 100mm Double Glass Fibre Omni Wheel has a double glass fibre disc installed. They have rubber rollers around the entire perimeter of the wheel to reduce friction and prevent slippage when travelling sideways.

To connect this wheel with other peripherals it has pitch circle diameter(PCD) of 47.5 for mounting couplings like EasyMech Anti-Slip Coupling or EasyMech Hub Coupling etc.
