Peacefair PZEM-004T AC Multi-function Electric Energy Metering Power Monitor

One of the most widely used multifunction AC power monitors in electricity consumption measuring projects is the Peacefair PZEM-004T. Voltage, current, power, and energy are the four connected electrical variables that it can measure.

The PZEM-004T circuit is a small circuit that is ideal for measuring single-phase AC (RMS) voltage, current, and power. The code library makes it simple for the unit to communicate with Arduino and other electronics.

Just attach the circular sensor to the board and power it with a power supply (you may also use the AC source you are measuring). To begin monitoring the voltage, current, and power, simply run the wire through the circular sensor. Additionally, a TTL to USB adaptor wire is included with the device for simple PC or microcontroller connection.

This module has a TTL serial data communication interface, so you can read and set the relevant parameters via the serial port. However, you’ll need a different TTL pinboard if you want to communicate with a device that has RS232 or USB, like a computer. RS232 communication requires a TTL to RS232 pinboard, and USB communication requires a TTL to USB pinboard.

The Peacefair PZEM-004T features a built-in button on the panel, used to make the electricity clear function.

2. The applied load should not exceed the rated power.
