Because of its 170 tie points, the SYB-170 Mini Solderless Breadboard got its moniker. It contains 17 columns with 10 holes each, numbered 1 through 17, that are divided into two pairs by a central notch. In order to make them easily referenced in instructions, each column is designated with a letter ranging from A to J (much like the squares on a chessboard).

It may be fastened down with two M2 screw mounting holes and a peel-and-stick adhesive backing.

This reusable, solderless breadboard is constructed from a robust ABS plastic enclosure. Excellent for adding new circuits or add-on modules, testing, and prototyping. Standard nickel-plated spring clips guarantee durability and a secure hold. The PTBB-170W offers a single, sizable (170) tie-point IC circuit terminal strip.
