The 20 PIN, low-cost, 8051-based Megawin MG82f6D17AE20 microcontroller comes in a DIP packaging. 16KB Flash, 1KB SRAM, 1.8V~5.5V operating voltage (internal reference voltage 1.4V), 6-channel PWM, 4 timers, 1 serial port (UART), Direct Memory Access (DMA), doubled SPI transfer speed, and 8 input interrupt are among the features of the MG82F6D17.

With its up to 96MHz PWM, the Megawin MG82F6D17 MCU can modify frequencies with more resolution, while also reducing the size of the inductor and the ripple caused by charging and discharging. Furthermore, the ADC is increased to 12 bits and has an 800K maximum speed.
