Description

Based on a high speed 1-T architecture 80C51 CPU, the MG82F6D17 is a single-chip microcontroller with an instruction set compatible with the 8051 architecture that can execute commands in 1~7 clock cycles, or around 6~7 times faster than a typical 8051 device. Consequently, the MG82F6D17 may operate at a significantly lower speed and thereby greatly reduce the power consumption at the same performance level as the regular 8051.
