CNC 5-Axis MACH3 Interface Board with the most recent Optocoupler update A five-axis breakout board is specifically made for the CNC single-axis 2-phase stepper driver controller series, which includes the TB6560, M542, M542H, MA860H, 2M542, 2M982, DM542(A), DM860(A), and so on. Any 1–5 single axis stepper driver controllers can be directly controlled by the PC via the MACH3, EMC2, KCAM4, etc., with the help of this 5-axis breakout board.

Follow the control spindle switch all the way to the relay output port. P17 mouth output port.

Spindle speed can be regulated using the matching analogue interface converter to regulate the optocoupler isolated 0-10V analogue voltage output. Port P1 for output By opening all 17 of the ports that the optocoupler drive can access, a 5-axis stepper motor may be controlled. P1 can be regulated using the optocoupler input spindle governor as its PWM outputs. This can be connected to a 5V drive via a common cathode or common anode input level.
